Wall and Floor Tiler

Lews Discount Carpets Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Wall and Floor Tiler to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Measuring and marking surfaces for tiling work
2. Preparing wall and floor surfaces
3. Laying ceramic, porcelain, marble and stone tiles
4. Cutting, shaping and fitting tiles around obstacles and openings
5. Applying grout, sealants and finishes
6. Reading plans and specifications
7. Ensuring all tiling work is completed to a high standard
8. Working safely and efficiently on residential and commercial projects

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

1. At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler
2. Relevant trade qualification preferred
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Good communication skills
6. White Card and relevant licences preferred
7. 
   

Salary on offer is between AUD $75,000 and $85,000 plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
