Wall and floor Tiler

We are looking for an experienced wall and floor tiler to join our growing, fast paced tiling and waterproofing team. If you are energetic, passionate and committed to providing a high quality and professional level of service, this may just be the job for you. We are based in both Canberra and Newcastle, and also service the surrounding areas in this regions.

We currently have two positions available in Canberra, and one in Newcastle.

Your salary package is dependant on your experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Laying tiles and pavers in both indoor and outdoor areas
2. Applying waterproofing systems onto prepared surfaces
3. Cutting tiles
4. Grouting and cleaning surfaces
5. Producing high quality work in a professional and efficient manner
6. Dealing directly with clients, face to face and over the phone

Requirements:

1. 3+ years tiling experience
2. Current drivers license and own vehicle
3. Current white card
4. Asbestos Awareness Training preferred, but not essential
5. Able to work both in a team and autonomously
6. Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures
7. Experience in both domestic and commercial works, preferred but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
