Join a great team and make a difference!  We are looking for reliable and motivated casual warehouse team members to support our logistics operations by picking and packing orders efficiently and accurately.

We offer flexible rosters, making this an ideal opportunity for students, caregivers, and individuals seeking adaptable work schedules.  However, we require commitment to the availability you provide to ensure smooth operations.

This role also offers a pathway to transition into a Coles Team Member position within the next 9 months, providing long-term career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick orders accurately according to company guidelines
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment
  • Ensure correct labelling and documentation of packed items
  • Follow safety and quality control procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse to meet deadlines
  • Keep the pick and pack area clean and organised

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to lift weighted items.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability and commitment to the availability you provide
