Position Overview
At Talker Media, we create engaging video content that helps brands connect with their audience and drive results. We are looking for an experienced Video Producer to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for producing high-quality videos, from concept through post-production, ensuring they meet both client expectations and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
1.Interpret and analyze production briefs to define the creative direction, objectives, and theme of each video project, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
2.Collaborate with designers and production teams to evaluate locations, stage setups, and technical requirements, ensuring optimal conditions for filming.
3.Guide the creative process throughout the production, ensuring visual storytelling, direction, and style align with client expectations and project objectives.
4.Control technical aspects such as lighting, camera settings, and framing to achieve the desired atmosphere and visual quality in the final product.
5.Review filmed content to assess quality and ensure the selection of scenes that meet the project's standards, identifying necessary revisions if required.
6.Coordinate and organize all aspects of production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to ensure timely and smooth video delivery.
7.Supervise the setup and operation of production equipment including cameras, lighting, sound, and props, ensuring technical precision and consistency.
8.Manage the editing process, ensuring seamless transitions, correct pacing, and that the final cut aligns with both creative vision and client expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:
1.3+ years of experience in video production and editing.
2.Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
3.Strong storytelling skills and ability to create engaging content.
4.Experienced in shooting and editing various video formats, including mobile.
5.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
6.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
