Overview:
The Cat Clinic is a well-established group of veterinary practices located in Southeast Queensland, dedicated exclusively to the care of cats.
We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Veterinarian to join our growing team at our Gold Coast branch. you will be responsible for providing high-quality veterinary care for cats, including consultations, diagnostics, surgeries, and client communication to ensure excellent patient and customer outcomes. This is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Molendinar, QLD.
Main tasks:
-Deliver excellent care to our growing client base.
-Perform consultations and routine examinations, diagnostics, and surgeries for cats.
-Utilize our in-house IDEXX laboratory, diagnostic imaging (including full-body and dental x-rays, ultrasound), and a dedicated surgical theatre. We can provide a work space where you can further develop your diagnostic and surgical skills.
-Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and personalized care.
Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience:
-Minimum of a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher
-At least 3 years' relevant industry experience
Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge:
-Strong communication and customer service skills, able to develop lasting relationships with clients.
-A positive attitude, good teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality care.
-Experience in feline medicine is preferred but not essential.
Annual salary will be between $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
