  • Run a high-performing business: Own revenue, profitability, and guest experience like it’s yours (because you’re treated like it is) 
  • Lead through your Restaurant Manager: Coach and develop your RM to own day-to-day execution while you focus on bigger commercial impact 
  • Grow Sales: Driving growth outside the restaurant (local partnerships, business development, marketing activation) 
  •  Build community connections: Turn your venue into a local hotspot through partnerships and grassroots marketing 
  • Develop talent that sticks: Build a pipeline of future leaders, not just a roster of shift fillers
