About the role

At Holiday XP, we are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Travel Agency Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our travel agency. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing overall business performance, supervising and mentoring travel consultants, and upholding exceptional customer service standards across all travel services.

What you'll be doing:

1.Plan, organise, direct and coordinate the overall operations and strategic activities of the travel agency.

2.Develop and implement business, sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and sustainable growth.

3.Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and profitability analysis.

4.Lead, supervise, recruit, train and performance-manage travel consultants.

5.Establish, negotiate and maintain strategic partnerships with airlines, tour operators, hotels and other key suppliers.

6.Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.

7.Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures and compliance standards in line with travel industry regulations.

8.Resolve complex customer issues and service escalations while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction standards.

About You:

1.Minimum 3 years’ experience in the travel industry, including experience in a supervisory or management role.

2.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive sales performance against business targets and KPIs.

3.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach.

4.Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and improving profitability.
