About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project management within the security and technology sector. Working closely with senior project managers and technical teams, you will gain hands-on experience coordinating security installation projects from commencement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of electronic security projects
- Support project scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and technicians
- Attend site meetings and assist with project reporting
- Track project progress, variations, and documentation
- Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Assist with commissioning and project handover documentation
- Maintain accurate records using project management systems
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Current driver’s licence
Desirable
- Exposure to construction, electrical, communications, or security industries
- Trade, technical, or tertiary qualifications
- Understanding of CCTV, access control, or related systems
- Experience coordinating projects or service work
