Trade Waiter

Located in Cronulla, NSW, Hurricane's Grill & Bar is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to become part of their dynamic hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing professional table service and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and communicating them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serving meals and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service.
• Assisting guests with menu selections and providing information about menu items, specials, and dietary requirements.
• Preparing and setting dining areas, including arranging tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Processing customer payments and handling transactions accurately.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining areas in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Addressing customer enquiries and resolving service issues in a professional and courteous manner.

About you:

• At least one year of relevant experience as a Waiter, Food and Beverage Attendant, or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work across weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
Salary: $76,000 - $85,000 per annum.
