Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize telecommunications and network systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network faults and connectivity issues.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and telecommunications equipment.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and technical reports.
- Ensure network security, reliability, and business continuity.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients.
- Perform network upgrades, testing, and performance tuning activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in telecommunications or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs, routing and switching technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
