Supply Manager (Sydney) Hanes

We’re looking for a commercially minded Supply Manager to partner closely with our GM of Supply and support the end-to-end delivery of new innovations across some of our most exciting categories.

This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of operations, product, and supplier management—perfect for someone who loves bringing ideas to life and thrives on making things happen.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the end-to-end execution of innovation projects—from concept through to delivery
  • Partnering with the Innovations team to ensure new ranges are delivered on time and within financial targets
  • Driving operational excellence across Baby, Kids Outer Wear and Hosiery categories
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across design, tech, planning and supply
  • Managing and influencing global and domestic suppliers and vendors
  • Identifying opportunities to improve supplier performance and capability
  • Embedding continuous improvement initiatives across processes and the supplier base

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in supply, sourcing or production—ideally within apparel, retail or FMCG
  • Strong ability to solve problems and navigate complexity across multiple stakeholders
  • Confidence working with suppliers and offshore partners
  • A commercial mindset—comfortable balancing quality, timelines and cost
  • A proactive approach—someone who takes ownership and drives outcomes
  • Clear, confident communicator who can influence and align teams
