Role Opportunity
Lead and grow the Sunshine Coast structural function, owning team performance, delivery standards, culture, and commercial outcomes. You will work closely with Directors while shaping recruitment, succession, client relationships, and long-term capability.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Structural engineering degree or equivalent
• Strong building structures and leadership experience
