Salary: $77,000 -85,000 + Superannuation

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs of clients and their families.

· Develop and implement tailored support plans that promote social inclusion and well-being.

· Provide counseling and emotional support to clients facing various challenges.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, care coordinators, and community organizations to ensure holistic support.

· Advocate for the rights and interests of clients to enhance their quality of life.

· Facilitate workshops and support groups to empower clients and their families.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with NDIS requirements.

Qualifications:

· At least a degree level of qualifications

· Experience working in a community setting, particularly within the NDIS framework, is highly desirable.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· A passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage caseloads effectively.
