About the Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer for a busy commercial high-rise construction project in North Brisbane, near the CBD.
This is a hands-on skilled labouring role working across general site duties, with regular involvement in forklift and hoist operations as part of site requirements. Experience and capability in these areas is highly regarded and expected on a rotating or as-needed basis depending on site demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Skilled general labouring on a commercial high-rise construction site
- Safe operation and use of forklift and hoist systems when required
- Material handling, loading/unloading, and site logistics
- Working closely with trades and site supervisors
- Maintaining clean, safe, and compliant work areas
- Adhering strictly to WHS and site safety procedures
Requirements
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Proven commercial construction labouring experience
- Forklift licence (LF) – required capability for site operations
- Hoist operation experience – required/expected capability
- Strong reliability and safety-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-rise environment
- Dogman (DG) ticket – advantageous
