As a Service Advisor, you will:

  1. Guide customers through the service process with clear communication and genuine care.
  2. Manage bookings, check-ins, and vehicle updates, ensuring customers are well-informed.
  3. Handle customer concerns professionally, knowing when to escalate issues to management.
  4. Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure accurate and timely updates for customers, with no mechanical knowledge required!
  5. Take initiative & show motivation, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
