Established in 1978, Leahey Auto Group is a family owned and run multi-franchise dealership located in Orange, NSW. Our company has a strong focus on delivering our customers a premium service experience each and every time they deal with us. We offer an extensive range of Ford, Isuzu, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover and BMW as well as quality range of Used Vehicles.  

We are looking for a driven person to join our team as a Service Advisor. The role of Service Advisor involves liaising between customers, our workshop and external suppliers to provide our customers with a premium vehicle servicing experience.

Reporting to the Service Manager, your day to day duties will include:

• Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork
• Face to Face and phone enquiries
• Supply general advice/quotations
• Following up customer requirements
• Updating and liaising with customers on their service or repair
• Booking in customers for service and repair work
• Utilising our internal computer system
• Organising loan cars and ensuring correct paperwork is filled out
• Follow all internal processes and procedures

The successful candidate will display:

• A highly organised manner
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines
• Be mature, punctual and reliable
• A strong work ethic and be customer focused
• Administration experience would be advantageous, however not essential
• A current drivers licence
