Colac Toyota is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our friendly team.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and our service technicians. You'll ensure every customer receives professional, transparent, and efficient service - from booking through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and manage service bookings in a professional, friendly manner
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding work to be carried out
- Provide accurate cost estimates and explain repair details in plain, easy-to-understand language
- Coordinate repair jobs and ensure timely completion of work orders
- Process and finalise all service documentation accurately
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
About You:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Professional, proactive, and reliable approach
- Previous experience in a similar or automotive role is an advantage, but full training will be provided
