The Role
Take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio of 200 where your focus is on relationships and service—not admin overload.
You will:
- Manage landlord relationships as the main point of contact
- Handle rent reviews, increases, outgoings and compliance
- Manage insurance claims and day-to-day portfolio performance
- Support a Property Officer and Leasing Consultant
- Maintain a high standard of service across your portfolio
- Only head out of the office to do an outgoing
About You
You’re a confident, organised Senior Property Manager who can bring a calm, professional approach to your work.
You’ll have:
- Senior Property Management experience in NSW
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with PropertyTree or similar systems
- Current Real Estate Certification with up to date CPD
- Drivers License and car
