The salon features a high-end, contemporary workspace layout optimized for delivering premium hairdressing services. We are now hiring a Senior Hairdresser to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hair and scalp diagnostics to design tailored styling plans based on individual hair integrity and facial structure.
- Execute high-level technical cutting, including advanced layering, texturizing, and structural reshaping to achieve contemporary global trends.
- Lead the delivery of complex technical services such as Digital Perms, thermal straightening, and advanced protein smoothing systems using nano-technology for deep hair repair.
- Formulate and apply sophisticated colour techniques, including multi-dimensional Balayage, precision highlights, and high-difficulty colour corrections.
- Oversee and perform intensive scalp therapy and structural repair treatments using professional-grade formulations to restore hair health.
- Manage complex client bookings and ensure all clinical-grade sterilization protocols for tools and equipment are strictly maintained.
- Act as a technical lead by training and mentoring junior stylists in advanced cutting and chemical application methods.
- Proactively integrate the latest international hair innovations and aesthetic techniques into the salon’s service offerings.
Selection Criteria
Qualification and Experience: A formal qualification in Hairdressing (Certificate III or equivalent); Or minimum of three years of relevant work experience as a Hairdresser in a professional salon environment
Skills:
·Proven proficiency in handling various hair textures and advanced styling techniques.
·Ability to manage client bookings and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
·Strong customer service skills; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese would be beneficial.
