Are you an experienced chef looking to take the next step in your career? Hotel Renmark is seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen leadership team. Working closely with our Executive Chef, Head Chef, and Sous Chefs, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food across our diverse food operations while helping to mentor junior team members and drive kitchen standards.

What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Strong cooking skills across a variety of service styles and cuisines
• Ability to lead a section independently and perform under pressure
• High standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to mentor apprentices and junior chefs
• Sound understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
• Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain your section during service to a high standard
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with venue standards
• Assist with training and development of apprentices and junior kitchen staff
• Support senior kitchen leadership in maintaining operational efficiency
• Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
