Sales Development Representative (Hybrid — Sydney)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate high-quality pipeline for our sales team. In this role, you’ll use a modern sales tech stack to research and engage prospects across the SaaS and web application space. Working closely with Account Executives, you’ll run multi-channel outreach campaigns through phone, email, social, and events to identify new business opportunities.

This position offers hands-on experience and training to prepare you for a future sales executive role. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our product, the SaaS ecosystem, and cutting-edge sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate new, high-quality qualified leads for Account Executives
  2. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly activity goals and performance metrics
  3. Research and identify new target companies within the SaaS industry
  4. Use sales data and market insights to refine outreach strategies
  5. Design and execute cold call, email, and social outreach campaigns
  6. Maintain accurate records and workflows in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 1+ year of experience in sales or lead generation (internships count)
  2. Experience with CRM or sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
  3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  4. Ideally from SaaS Sales
