The opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Manager who thrives on challenges to join our growing organisation. Experience in hospitality and retail technology sales is a bonus, but not required. This is an exciting opportunity to build new business relationships and drive business sales. You can use your sales experience to expand our partnerships within the Point Of Sale and Merchant Service Channels.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while delivering successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities – Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities – Marketing Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and online advertising platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Create and oversee marketing content and communications.
- Measure and analyse campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Leadership & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales and marketing team members.
- Establish KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Collaborate with senior management on business growth initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
Desirable:
• Experience within payments, merchant acquiring, financial services, fintech, or banking.
• Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
