Your New Role

Working within a collaborative team of 4 and reporting directly to a supportive Customer Service Manager, you will handle a diverse mix of customer service, order processing, and stock administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer & Sales Support: Act as the primary contact for project customers, manage incoming calls, counter sales, and handle pricing/stock availability enquiries.
  • Order & Credit Processing: Process sales orders, quotes, credits, and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs).
  • Reporting & Tracking: Run and manage critical daily and weekly reports (including VLO60 and VAO5N backorder reports).
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee manual dockets, consignment stock, demo stock, quarantine stock, and showroom stocktakes.
  • Service Centre & Logistics Admin: Manage parts ordering, partial confirmations, enter repairs, update quotes, create ZRAs, and run COOIS reports.
  • Warehouse Liaison: Support the inward repairs, outwards goods, and sales representatives' outwards areas.

About You

To thrive in this fast-paced, multi-faceted role, you will bring:

  • SAP Expertise: Ideally 3+ years of experience using SAP (familiarity with VLO60, VAO5N, COOIS, and ZRAs is highly desirable).
  • Proven Experience: A strong background in Customer Service, Order Processing, or Sales Administration.
  • Operations Savvy: Experience handling stock management, inventory reports, or service centre administration.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach.
  • Sharp Eye for Detail: Extreme accuracy when managing data, dockets, and reporting.
