THE ROLE

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
• Driving sales and customer experience
• Coaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service
• Execution of visual merchandising directive
• Effective stock management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion
