This is Lorna Jane Kawana, and we're looking for someone who's ready to own it.

The opportunity

You'll lead a team of up to eight, including an experienced Assistant Store Leader, and take full ownership of everything that matters — the culture on the floor, the results at the end of the week, and the operational standard that holds it all together.

This role demands two things in equal measure: the ability to develop and inspire people, and the discipline to run a tight, commercially strong store. 

What you'll lead

• A customer experience that converts, connects, and creates loyalty
• Sales performance across KPIs, average dollar spend, and units per transaction
• Visual merchandising, stock management, and operational standards that never slip
• Smart, commercial rostering aligned to trade and wage targets
