Job Opportunity: Retail Manager (Full-Time)
Royal Indian Furniture Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to join our growing team at 211 Evans Road, Salisbury, QLD 4107.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
•Determine product mix, stock levels and service standards to meet customer demand and business objectives.
•Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock ordering, oversee stock deliveries, and conduct regular stocktakes.
•Develop and implement purchasing, pricing and promotional strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
•Analyse sales reports, market trends and financial performance to identify opportunities for business growth.
•Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
·Promote and advertise the store's furniture, home decor and lifestyle products through marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, in-store promotions and community engagement activities.
•Assist customers in selecting furniture and home decor products by providing product information, recommendations and advice on product features, quality and suitability.
•Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
•Recruit, train, supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain service excellence.
•Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties to ensure adequate staffing levels during trading hours.
•Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance and performance feedback.
•Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
•Prepare and manage store budgets, monitor operating costs and implement cost-control measures where necessary.
•Maintain accurate records relating to sales, inventory, staff performance and store operations.
•Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate purchasing arrangements where appropriate.
•Ensure the store presentation, cleanliness and overall shopping environment meet company standards.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum Diploma level qualification required.
• At least one year of experience in a retail management or similar supervisory role is required.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business performance.
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation
