Dhanalakshmi Pty Ltd. T/A Vibe Bedford is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Vibe Bedford Fuel Station, located at 168 – 170 Walter Road W, Bedford, WA-6052. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is committed to managing the store efficiently on a long-term basis. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the fuel station and staff to deliver store objectives.
- Ensure the customer experience is positive, leading to new opportunities and repeat business.
- Be responsible for inventory management, stock takes, daily reconciliation, banking and other administrative duties as required.
- Product selection and setting up prices of special items by implementing competitive purchasing and pricing policies to reduce expenditure and increase sales.
- Maintain records of stock levels, sales transactions, financial performance and prepare reports for management review.
- Market products by advertising, sales promotion, and display plans, analyse operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
- Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained.
- Maintains store staff by recruiting, onboarding, orienting, and training new team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the store and of individual staff members to ensure service standards and goals are met.
- Prepare and control the store’s budget, aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
- Control costs without compromising standards and customer service.
- Manage new stock deliveries and merchandise the store.
- Ensure occupational health and safety guidelines are always maintained and adhered to by the staff.
Skills and Experience:
- The candidate must have at least one year experience in a similar role.
- A minimum Diploma level qualification is required.
- Proven ability to achieve sales, KPI’s & manage stock take.
- A true passion for retail & growing your retail management career
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation
