As part of our continued growth, we are inviting applications from skilled and motivated individuals to join our team in the following roles:
Retail Store Manager
Locations: Sarina, Balberra, Glenella, Slade Point
Salary: $78,000 – $82,000 + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance, meet sales targets, and achieve KPIs.
- Lead by example, inspire and motivate the team to deliver out standing service.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- Collaborate with HR to manage workplace matters effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all OHS/HSSE requirements.
- Manage all store operations: stock control, procurement, cost management, and financial reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager on budgeting, efficient rostering, and cost control.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for administrative and reporting tasks.
- Uphold strict food safety standards in accordance with our food safety plan.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
