We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy retail store.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the store.
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate retail staff.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement sales and promotional strategies.
- Manage store budgets, sales performance, and operational targets.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate business records.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualification in Retail Management, Business, Management, or a related field; or
- Minimum one year of relevant retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in stock control, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
