About the Role:
Amalfi Pizza & Pasta Cranbourne North is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining customer service standards, supervising inventory and stock control, and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and takeaway business
- Supervise, train, and coordinate staff, including allocating daily duties and monitoring performance
- Ensure high levels of customer service and respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Monitor sales performance and assist in implementing strategies to improve business operations and revenue
- Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and supplier coordination
- Ensure food products, packaging materials, and supplies are adequately stocked and stored
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Prepare operational reports, sales summaries, and staff rosters
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety (WHS), and company policies
- Coordinate opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth daily business operations
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Retail Management, Business, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in retail, hospitality, takeaway, or restaurant operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage staff and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of customer service, inventory management, and operational procedures
Employment Details:
- Full-Time Position (38 hours per week)
