Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, strong team performance, and consistently high standards of customer experience. This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent organizational ability, and a strong understanding of hospitality operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Minimum 3 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in the hospitality industry
  2. Qualification in Hospitality Management (Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher preferred)
  3. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and team leadership
  4. Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service
  2. Recruit, train, supervise, and roster staff in line with business needs
  3. Maintain exceptional customer service standards and manage guest feedback professionally
  4. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality food service
  5. Assist in menu planning, development, and seasonal updates in coordination with the kitchen team
  6. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control strategies
  7. Oversee stock management, ordering, and supplier relationships
  8. Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
  9. Support promotional activities and contribute to business growth
  10. Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture
