Are you a high-performing recruitment professional ready to lead from the front in a thriving agency? We are searching for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant in one of our specialist recruitment division in the Hospitality Industry

This is not just a Recruitment role. This is also an opportunity to build culture, strengthen client partnerships and make a genuine impact within a nationally recognised recruitment brand. Based in our vibrant Glenelg office, you will also oversee day-to-day operations of the agency while achieving exceptional sales and service outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For
* Client & Candidate Experience
* Interview and determine candidate suitability for positions
* Partnering closely with clients to understand hiring needs and market conditions
* Acting as the senior escalation point for client and candidate matters within the agency
* Maintaining exceptional service delivery standards

What We're Looking For
* 3 year's senior experience within the hospitality recruitment environment
* A suitable Bachelor degree in recruitment, hospitality or Tourism
* A proven ability in sales performance and team engagement
* Strong communication skills
* Commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
* Ability to inspire a positive culture
* Highly organised with excellent problem-solving abilities
