  • Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and momentum
  • Engaging with architects and designers to guide outcomes aligned with client requirements, programme, and budget
  • Assisting with procurement strategies, risk management, and delivery planning
  • Supporting contract administration and superintendent functions, working closely with delivery partners
  • Monitoring budgets, schedules, and reporting requirements to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

About You

You’re a motivated project professional who enjoys variety, responsibility, and delivering projects that make a tangible impact. You bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in a related role, ideally within a consultancy or client‑side environment

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse project teams
  • Design phase capability and confidence contributing to consultant coordination and design discussions
  • An understanding of procurement, risk identification, and delivery processes, with a desire to grow leadership capability
  • Experience supporting contract administration and contributing to commercial and compliance outcomes
  • Sound financial and programme awareness, with the ability to track budgets and delivery milestones
  • A professional, solutions‑focused mindset and commitment to quality outcomes
