Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating updates and changes to client agreements, project timelines, service arrangements, and related documentation.
- Handling client and stakeholder inquiries and assisting in resolving issues relating to projects, services, and day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining project records, contracts, invoices, reports, and other administrative documentation associated with company projects and services.
- Liaising with Project Managers, developers, designers, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to support project delivery and ensure deadlines and objectives are achieved.
- Providing administrative support to senior management by identifying matters requiring attention and assisting with the implementation of operational decisions.
- Monitoring contractor-related administrative processes and reporting on project progress, variations, and outstanding tasks.
- Drafting and reviewing project documentation, reports, submissions, and general business correspondence relating to company activities.
- Compiling and analysing project and operational information and preparing reports on project performance and outcomes.
- Assisting with office administration and coordinating workspace, facilities, and operational resource requirements where required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant Diploma or higher qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
- At least 1 year of full-time relevant work experience as a Project Administrator or in a closely related role.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage project documentation and administrative processes effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining project schedules and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management or collaboration tools used within digital and technology-based environments.
