Job Site Recyclers Pty Ltd is a growing waste management and recycling services company providing sustainable site recycling solutions across Australia. As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Program or Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery of key business programs and projects.
Role Overview
This is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative and coordination support across multiple projects and operational programs. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in accordance with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of business programs and projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, resources, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, reports, records, and administrative systems.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation activities.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes and action items.
- Identify administrative issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure project documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Support risk management, quality assurance, and compliance activities.
- Assist management with strategic and operational planning initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in project administration, program administration, or business operations.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team objectives.
