Central Land Council
The Central Land Council is a statutory organisation that represents Aboriginal communities across Central Australia and delivers a range of land management, community development, and economic initiatives. To support the effective delivery of these programs and projects, the organisation requires a Program or Project Administrator to coordinate administrative functions, maintain project records, facilitate stakeholder communication, and assist in ensuring operational objectives are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
·Plan and manage project workflows, schedules, and procedures
·Manage project budgets and prepare progress reports for senior management
·Supervise and coordinate staff performance and project activities
·Liaise with service providers, contractors, and technical teams
·Collect, analyse, and maintain project data, catalogues, and records
·Develop and implement project strategies, including risk management and quality control
Skills and Experience:
·Strong project coordination and administrative support experience.
·Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
·Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·Experience preparing reports, maintaining records, and tracking project progress.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management systems.
·Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
