We are currently seeking several reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators / Packers to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing clients located across the South Eastern and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. These roles are ideal for candidates who thrive in clean, regulated production environments and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
Duties will include working on fast-paced production lines, performing tasks such as assembly support, quality checks, sterile or cleanroom packing, labelling, and general manufacturing support, while strictly adhering to safety and quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, dairy, or GMP manufacturing environments
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
- Monday to Friday availability - full time (38+ hours per week)
- A current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
