We are seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Hands and Process Workers to join our manufacturing clients located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, working full-time hours, Monday to Friday, across Day Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm). These roles suit applicants with a strong work ethic who enjoy hands-on duties and can perform in fast-paced production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely
- Perform assembly, packing, sorting and general labouring tasks
- Follow workplace procedures, safety guidelines and instructions
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Assist with manual handling and general factory duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous factory, labouring or process work experience
- Must be able to lift up to 20kg consistently
- Full working rights in Australia
- Own reliable transport to access various sites
- Own PPE gear (safety boots, hi-vis, etc.)
