About the Role
Due to our continued growth in the company, IDX are looking for a People Systems Analyst to support the efficient operations of the P&C department in delivering quality and timely services for a 12-month contract.
This pivotal role ensures all data and reporting are accurately maintained, analysed, and shared with stakeholders, including the P&C team, Senior Leadership Team, and wider business.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support technical aspects of system administration including upgrades, implementations, and configurations.
- Contribute to process development, standardization, technical ownership, and support for People systems.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, software providers, and support teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, provide timely resolutions, and escalate as needed.
- Ensure appropriate data governance processes are in place, administering regular data reviews and QA activities to maintain high-quality, reliable people data.
- Build and produce regular people reports, dashboards, and management information for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to data queries and stakeholder requests, preparing data and reports for ad hoc requests across the organization.
- Fulfill annual reporting obligations such as WGEA, ESG, and AON.
- Provide technical advice to P&C and Technology teams, partners, and service providers on business rules and requirements.
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to update and/or cleanse HR master data as required.
- Contribute to annual salary review processing including letter creation, distribution, and multiple system uploads.
About You
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Systems Specialist/Analyst, or P&C Business Partner role with a solid focus on this area of specialty.
- HRIS Knowledge: Sound understanding of the fundamentals of HRIS and the ability to manage system updates and changes. Experience with Workday is highly regarded.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Compliance Understanding: Genuine understanding of relevant Australian modern awards, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.
- Mindset: Continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
