We are looking for a Pastry Cook to join our team on a full-time basis at our venue located at Hadfield VIC, 3046
As Pastry Cook you will be responsible for:
·Assist with the development of new products
What we are looking for:
·Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent qualification (mandatory)
·Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Pastry Cook in a commercial kitchen or bakery
·Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP knowledge preferred)
·Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
·Creativity in pastry decoration and presentation
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Flexible with work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
