PANEL BEATER – 1 POSITION AVAILABLE
We are currently seeking one qualified and experienced Automotive Panel Beaters to join our professional and close-knit team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, carrying out high-quality panel repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles meet our strict safety, compliance, and presentation standards before returning to fleet use. You’ll work alongside our mechanical, detailing, and painting teams to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes and keep our fleet in top condition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Perform panel repairs, replacements, and alignments on a range of fleet vehicles.
•Assess structural and cosmetic damage, preparing repair estimates where required.
•Use body repair tools, welding, pulling, and shaping equipment safely and effectively.
•Collaborate with painters and technicians to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion.
•Inspect completed work to ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
•Maintain accurate job records and adhere to workshop safety policies and procedures.
•Support fleet maintenance scheduling and assist in vehicle condition reports.
•Report recurring damage or maintenance concerns to the Fleet Supervisor.
•Uphold the company’s reputation for reliability, safety, and presentation across all fleet vehicles
ABOUT YOU
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in automotive body repair (fleet or workshop environment preferred).
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and within a collaborative team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
