    Salary: $68,000 - $102,000 per annum + super 

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, Flexible working arrangement

    About the role:

    They are looking for motivated, client centric, outcome focussed Occupational Therapists to join our expanding team.  

    • We are looking for a highly driven OT that thrives on working independently and have the passion to help and support our paediatric clients as well as contribute to the positive culture that our team already has
    • You will be provided a work life balance. This is not optional
    • It is desirable to understand and be able to interpret a variety of psychometric screening tools such as the Vineland Adaptive Behavioural Scale, PEDI-CAT, Sensory Profile, Beery Visual Motor Integration (just to name a few)
    • You will have an understanding of various assessments within the NDIS that include (but not limited to) SIL, SDA, ILO and a general FCA
    • You will be proven to be able to deliver effective therapeutic interventions that have a focus on building functional capacity
    • It is desirable to have a good level of commercial acumen and understand the key drivers behind referral trends. Providing quality customer service to all stakeholders is essential to be successful for this role

    To be successful:

    • Bachelor or Masters of Occupational Therapy
    • NDIS experience and understanding is highly preferable however as long as you have clinical experience, this is key
    • A passion for assisting clients and families to reach their full potential
    • Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources
    • A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution
    • Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
    • AHPRA Registration
    • Other qualification specific to disability will be highly regarded
