Join our OSHC team at Helping Hands Noosaville and help create exciting, engaging, and unforgettable experiences for primary school children. In our OSHC programs, kids are busy building rockets, scoring goals, creating masterpieces, and making new friends. As an OSHC Educator you get the opportunity to be involved. 

Guaranteed minimum hours: 15 hours per week

  • Morning Shift: 6:30am – 9:00am Monday - Friday (Rise then Shine Program) 
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 6:00pm Monday - Friday (Stay and Play Program) 
  • Extra Hours available during school holidays!

Qualifications

Who are we looking for? 

While we’re happy to provide training and guidance in the role and sector, here are a few qualities we’re looking for: 

  • Desirable but not mandatory: Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 1 or 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
  • A genuine love for working with children. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities. 
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!) and a state working-with-children check. 
  • Must have valid Australian work rights.
