Are you a proactive, people-focused recruitment professional ready to take ownership of onsite workforce operations? We’re seeking an experienced Onsite Recruitment Consultant to support workforce performance and deliver exceptional onsite service at a busy, high-volume Distribution Centre in Kewdale, WA.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready for an ASAP start.

📅 Monday to Friday, Day-Shift coverage, with some flexibility required.

About The Role

As the onsite lead for recruitment and workforce coordination, you’ll manage the full employee lifecycle — from sourcing and onboarding to attendance, performance tracking, and retention. You’ll work closely with site leadership and internal teams to ensure operational targets are achieved and that the workforce remains engaged, compliant, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to meet daily and long-term workforce requirements.

  • Oversee rosters, attendance, timekeeping, and urgent shift coverage.

  • Monitor and report on workforce performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships on site through consistent communication and engagement.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between site operations and internal support teams.

  • Maintain accurate workforce data, including attendance, performance, and retention insights.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

About You

  • Experience in recruitment, onsite workforce coordination, or account support, ideally within logistics, warehousing, retail, or supply chain.

  • Strong background in talent sourcing, scheduling, and workforce administration.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Knowledge of WHS, HR compliance, and rostering or workforce systems.
