About the role
As the onsite recruitment and workforce lead, you’ll own the full employee lifecycle for a large casual and permanent workforce at Coles DC Kewdale. You’ll be the key link between DC operations, your onsite team and internal support functions – making sure the right people are on the right shift, every time.
You will:

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment – source, screen and place high‑volume warehouse and logistics talent in line with Coles DC demand.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction – ensure every new starter is work‑ready, compliant and set up for success from day one.
  • Run daily workforce operations – oversee rosters, time & attendance, shift coverage and last‑minute changes to meet production targets.
  • Monitor performance and engagement – track key metrics, coach workers and leaders, and address performance or conduct issues early.
  • Partner with stakeholders – act as the primary onsite contact for Coles DC leaders and internal support teams.
