Position: Onsite Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking highly motivated Onsite Recruitment Consultants to foster strong relationships and deliver top-tier recruitment services to our National Client. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for recruitment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monday to Friday early AM and Mid-Shift available, with flexibility to cover both shifts when required and occasional weekends during peak periods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Oversee rostering, performance management, and KPI tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
  • Conduct daily and weekly toolbox talks to ensure alignment with safety and performance expectations.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Recruit and select candidates to meet client-specific needs.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment and client management.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in warehousing operations and logistics/supply chain sectors.
  • Strong customer focus and exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in recruitment is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of WHS policies and procedures.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly skilled in multitasking.
