We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to lead and streamline office operations for a growing Mortgage Brokerage based in Bella Vista.

About the Role

As the Office Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Mortgage Brokerage. You'll oversee administrative functions, support brokers, and drive efficiencies across operations while fostering a positive and productive office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all office administration functions including documentation and stakeholder engagement
  • Provide comprehensive support including preparing application packs and assisting in loan submissions
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and external stakeholders involved within lending process
  • Ensure compliance and internal systems are maintained to high standard
  • Support employee administration by coordinating onboarding and assisting with HR-related activities

About You

  • Proven experience in an Administration Manager / Office Manager role with financial services background OR experience within the Mortgage Brokering/financial services sector
  • Experience working with lending software and digital loan management tools
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
