We are looking for an experienced and skilled Office Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and coordinating office operations, managing administrative procedures, supporting staff, maintaining business records and ensuring that the office operates efficiently and professionally. The role will involve supervising administrative activities, coordinating resources, liaising with clients, suppliers and staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Managing and coordinating the daily operations of the office
  2. Organising office procedures, administrative systems and workflow
  3. Maintaining business records, files, reports and internal documentation
  4. Coordinating communication between management, staff, clients and suppliers
  5. Supervising and supporting administrative staff where required
  6. Preparing correspondence, reports, schedules and business documents
  7. Managing office supplies, equipment, maintenance and general workplace resources
  8. Assisting with budgeting, invoicing, payroll records and basic financial administration
  9. Monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures and workplace requirements
  10. Organising meetings, appointments, staff schedules and internal communications
  11. Resolving administrative issues and improving office efficiency
  12. Maintaining a professional, organised and safe office environment
  13. Using office software, databases and business systems effectively
  14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative management role is required

We are not looking to train someone for this position, so the successful applicant must have demonstrated experience in a similar role. You must be professional, reliable, organised, detail-oriented and able to manage office operations to a high standard.

We are offering a competitive salary of $77,000 - $85,000 per annum for the right candidate.
