Salary: $80,000 plus 12% Superannuation

Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a highly organised, proactive and experienced Office Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily administrative and operational functions of the business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient office operations, supporting internal teams, coordinating administrative systems and maintaining smooth communication across departments and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities together with the capability to manage office resources, supervise administrative processes and contribute to operational efficiency within a fast-paced business environment.

Minimum Requirements:

-AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma, or higher qualification in a relevant field

-Alternatively, at least three years of relevant work experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above

-Demonstrated experience in office administration, office coordination or business operations management

Key Responsibilities include:

-Planning, organising and supervising day-to-day office administrative operations to ensure business efficiency

-Developing, implementing and monitoring office management systems, administrative procedures and operational processes

-Coordinating office resources, equipment maintenance and procurement activities to support uninterrupted business operations

-Managing office records, correspondence, filing systems and company documentation in accordance with business procedures

-Liaising with management, suppliers, customers, logistics providers and external stakeholders regarding operational and administrative matters

-Assisting management with preparation of reports, operational documentation and business correspondence

-Coordinating meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and internal communications across departments

-Supporting inventory administration, order processing and documentation relating to supply and distribution activities

-Assisting with staff rostering, onboarding administration and coordination of workplace procedures and policies

-Ensuring office operations comply with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and regulatory standards

-Maintaining confidential business records and ensuring accurate data management and reporting practices

-Supervising administrative staff and monitoring work performance to ensure business objectives and service standards are achieved

-Assisting with customer service coordination and responding to general operational and administrative enquiries

To be considered for this role you must have:

-Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong administrative, reporting and record management capabilities

-Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business administration systems
