Position Overview:

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow coordination, financial administration, supplier management and overall business support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily office operations, including workflow scheduling and administrative processes.

• Manage financial administration including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and expense tracking.

• Coordinate procurement of parts, tyres and workshop supplies, ensuring availability for scheduled services.

• Maintain and control business records, service documentation and financial data.

• Liaise with workshop staff and external service providers to ensure operational efficiency.

• Monitor workflow efficiency and implement improvements to administrative processes.

Requirements:

• AQF Diploma in Business or higher qualification, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office management or administration.

• Strong organisational, financial administration and operational coordination skills.

Annual Salary: AUD $76,515.00 + superannuation

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
